Valentines Cupid Tea Cosy

With the New Year just beginning and the festive cheer still lingering from Christmas, I found myself inspired to create a Valentine's tea cosy that exudes love and romance.

This adorable little cherub is Cupid, ready with his arrow to spark admiration and desire on February 14th.

The entire cosy features Cupid's charming, chubby little body, captured in mid-flight. He is adorably positioned on his tummy, with his cheeky buttocks skyward and his chunky legs sticking out behind him. The design is both playful and endearing, perfect for adding a touch of whimsy to your tea time.

In Cupid's hands, you'll find a vibrant red bow and arrow, poised in anticipation of striking love into the hearts of unsuspecting admirers. From his back, angelic wings spread out, adding to his divine and magical appearance.

I chose to give Cupid chubby cheeks because they add an air of cheekiness and mischief, reminiscent of a plump-faced baby. This playful detail perfectly captures Cupid's legendary role as the mischievous bringer of love.
