TeaCosyFolk - Pattern Downloads
Previously, patterns were only available via email or posted to our customers. We are now offering the same patterns as a downloadabe format to all customers who order patterns on the webite.
The patterns are available in a secure area that you can login to view.
How does it work?
when you place an order with us for a pattern you see a link to download your files on our order confirmation page. In addition to this you will receive two emails. The first is your order confirmation. Following on from this we will send further information about how to download your files.
All of our patterns are in PDF format so you will need to use PDF viewer to open the files. If you don't have this on your PC already you can download a copy here - Adobe PDF download. You may wish to untick the 'optional offers' as you don't need these to open the patterns.
Will it work on a Mac or Tablet?
Our patterns are stored in PDF format which is compatible with Apple Mac and tablet devices as long as you have a free copy of PDF viewer installed.
I can't see my download notification email!
If you don't receive a copy of your notification email within 10 minutes of paying for your order then please check your junk mail folder. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If you can't find the email in your junk mail folder, add webadmin (at) teacosyfolk.co.uk to your address book or safe list.
Accessing your patterns
Your files are available to you any time. You can save a copy to your own PC to view/print out or just come back, login to the TeaCosyFolk website and access the pattern from your own customer area.
For new customers
If you have not previously placed an order with us then we will automatically generate a password for you to login and access your patterns. The password will be displayed on the order confirmation page so please take a copy of the password. Once you have logged in you can change the password to something more memorable. Additionally, we will email you a copy of the temporary password.For previous customers
By existing, we mean you have already created a password with our system. If not then one will be generated for you as above. Once you order has been confirmed you can then login using your email address and password.
Help! I've not received a password and can't remember mine
If you have previously logged in and forgotten your password then we can email you a new password to login. Just go to Reset Password and enter your email address.
Help! I've found the download link but can't open the files
If you cannot open the file then please check that you have a recent copy of Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your PC. This is the software used to open PDF documents. If you don't have this on your PC already you can download a copy here - Adobe PDF download.
Your account area
Once you are logged in you will have access to your downloads, can update your delivery/invoice address and/or change your password. An example of the customer account is shown in the image below.
Where to buy
Our knitting patterns can be ordered online using this website and they will be instantly available as PDF digital downloads.
