Eskimo Girl Tea Cosy Knitting Pattern

The Eskimo girl tea cosy is a lovely wintery tea cosy with a cute little Eskimo girl and her seal friend. I thought an Eskimo theme tea cosy would make for a lovely Christmas tea cosy because the snow and fur lined hoods looks so wintery.

The Eskimo girl is wearing a lovely turquoise coat with intarsia snowflakes on it. The coat has lots of fur on it to keep the cold out. The hood is shaped like a 'Santa hat', I thought it would add interest to the back of the tea cosy and that it would give the tea cosy a more Christmassy feel.

In one hand she is holding a fish, she must have been ice fishing for her tea. Alongside her is a grey seal. Seals are just so cute, I thought this would be the ideal opportunity to knit one.

This would make a lovely tea cosy for winter time, its pretty and cute and reminds you of far off wintery lands.

After being out in a winter wonderland, you need a hot cup of tea!
