Bulldozer Tea Cosy and Knitting Pattern

Bulldozers are great aren't they? Great big machines that trample over everything and push the earth out of the way. I thought a bulldozer would look fabulous as a tea cosy.

What is lovely about bulldozers is that they are a lovely sunshine yellow, lovely and bright. Most of this bulldozer is yellow with splashes of black and silver too.

There is a cab on top where the driver sits and at the front is the huge bucket with teeth. The bucket is stiffened with Funky Foam. If you haven't heard of Funky Foam you can find it in most craft shops. It's about as thick as thin card, but unlike card, it won't fall to bits in the wash.

The caterpillar tracks go around two wheels on either side of the bulldozer. To join up the caterpillar track through the handle and over the spout, there is a button to join the two sides to give that continuous look.

I love the bulldozer tea cosy, it's big and manly and looks like it's heavy duty for keeping the teapot hot.
