Description

Paying homage to London’s famous landmark, this London Bridge tea cosy is like a mini architectural masterpiece for your teapot.

Based on the famous bridge, this tea cosy features the river Thames running under the bright and the bascules start to rise to allow a tall ship or a spectacular yacht through.

The two towers stand on either side of the tea cosy and straddle over the spout and handle openings. The towers have embroidered window detailing. The tops of the towers have spires and a finial at the top.

Whether you’re sipping Earl Grey or English Breakfast, this cosy adds a touch of British flair.

  • is made from double thickness yarn for extra insulation
  • fits a medium sized teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints

5.5 mm, UK size 5 or US size 9 knitting needles,
4.00 mm, UK size 8 or US size 6 Knitting needles,
Spare 4.00 mm knitting needle,
Stitch Holder,
4 stitch markers,
16g Stylecraft Special DK Petrol,
25g Stylecraft Special DK Cloud Blue,
20g Stylecraft Special DK Buttermilk,
9g Stylecraft Special DK Warm Grey,
6g Stylecraft Special DK Spearmint,
2g Stylecraft Special DK Citron,
1g Stylecraft Special DK White,
Stuffing.
