The cute chimney sweep is wearing a waistcoat and top hat, adorned with a lucky shamrock. Around his neck he is wearing a red neckerchief to keep the soot from going down his neck.

The sweep is carrying the tools of his trade, a bucket of soot that he has swept from someone's chimney, a rope and a sweeps brush.

He does look a happy fella, but I suppose when you're as lucky as he is, you haven't a care in the world.
